Human Extinction MechanismsWhile there are many ways humans could become extinct, the vast majority of those are either extremely unlikely and/or beyond our control. For example, a massive asteroid impact may trigger mass starvation but some people will survive thanks to technology. There's nothing we can do if a black hole comes our way (and it's extremely unlikely anyway).
